If the audit doesn't find £1,500 a year in fixable leaks, ​you get every penny back.

The measure

Every audit ends with a list of leaks: specific, fixable problems in your website, enquiry handling or tracking. For each one we estimate what it costs you a year, using your own numbers. If the total comes to less than £1,500 a year, the audit fee is refunded in full.

How each leak is valued

Consults lost a year, multiplied by your consult-to-treatment rate, multiplied by your average treatment value. Every calculation is shown in the report, so you can check it line by line.

Whose numbers

Yours. At the kick-off call we agree four numbers: monthly enquiries, enquiry-to-consult rate, consult-to-treatment rate and average treatment value. If you don't have them, we agree cautious figures in writing before we start, and we can't change them afterwards to hit the target.

How to claim

If the total in your report is under £1,500 a year, email us within 14 days of your walkthrough call. No argument, no forms. We refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.

What it doesn't cover

The guarantee applies to the audit only. It measures what the audit finds, not what happens after: the value depends on the fixes being made. Builds and retainers have their own terms in your proposal.

Credit against a build

If you book a build with us within 90 days of your audit, the audit fee comes off the build price. If you've been refunded, the credit doesn't apply.
