SEO and AI search

Get found by patients already looking*

*not by people who'll never book.

SEO and AI search for dental, aesthetics and medical clinics, measured in booked consults, not rankings screenshots. Found on Google, and recommended when patients ask ChatGPT or Google's AI. Technical fixes, treatment pages that answer real questions, local search for every site, and content your clinicians are happy to put their name to.

What's included

Rankings are the symptom. Booked consults are the cure.

Technical

Fix what Google trips over.

Speed, mobile, indexing, redirects, schema and site structure. The boring bits that quietly hold good pages back.

Treatment pages

Pages that answer the real questions.

One strong page per treatment, with a from-price, what to expect, recovery, FAQs and a clear way to book. Written for patients first, search engines second.

Local

Found in your postcode.

Google Business Profile, location pages for every site, reviews and local listings, so you show up when someone searches near them.

Content

Articles patients actually search for.

A steady run of articles answering what patients ask before they book. Reviewed by your clinicians before anything goes live.

Compliance

Ranking without the ASA letter.

Copy checked against the CAP Code, GDC and GMC guidance. No promoting prescription-only medicines, no misleading before-and-afters, no made-up claims.

Reporting

From search to booked consult.

Monthly reporting that follows organic visitors through to enquiries and booked consults, so you can see what SEO is actually worth.

Track record

Done it before. Now doing it for clinics.

Before Second Opinion, Eugene ran Ignite Online, a web design and SEO studio. These projects were outside healthcare, but the job is the same: get found by the right people, then make it easy for them to say yes.

Active Draping, event hire

A$200k to A$1.8m.

New brand, website and SEO, plus a monthly blog on event styling written to rank. Over the years we worked together, the business grew from A$200k to A$1.8m. Plenty drove that growth. Search and content were part of it.

Coast and Country, mortgage broker

Built to rank from day one.

Rebrand and new website with keyword research, page structure and on-page SEO built in from the start. Organic traffic and enquiries grew after launch.

Luxe Chandeliers, event hire

Search-ready hire shop.

Brand, copy and an online hire shop optimised for the searches couples actually make, so qualified enquiries arrive without paid ads.

Results from Eugene's agency years outside healthcare. Clinic case studies will appear here once clients have approved them.

How it works

Diagnose. Treat. Aftercare.

Diagnose

An SEO health check.

What you rank for now, what your competitors rank for, the technical issues holding you back and the treatment searches you're missing. Part of the audit.

Treat

Fix, then build.

Technical fixes first, then the treatment and location pages with the most demand behind them. Quick wins before slow burns.

Aftercare

Monthly, measured.

New content, local SEO and reporting every month as part of the growth retainer. If something isn't moving, we change it.

AI search

Patients are asking ChatGPT. Make sure it names you.

More patients now ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google's AI Overviews which clinic to choose. Those answers are built on the same foundations as SEO, plus a few things most clinics haven't done yet. We call it answer engine optimisation, or AEO, and it's part of every SEO plan.

Eugene has done this in-house: at a private clinic group, his work got the clinic recommended in ChatGPT and Google's AI answers, and patients booked consults off the back of it.

Answer-first treatment pages: the price, the process and the recovery in plain sentences AI can quote
FAQs and structured data, so search engines and AI tools know exactly who you are and what you offer
Your clinic, clinicians and services described the same way everywhere: website, Google Business Profile and listings
More of the reviews and third-party mentions AI tools lean on when they recommend a clinic
Monthly checks of what ChatGPT and Google's AI say about you and your competitors
Questions

Fair questions.

Is AEO different from SEO?+

Mostly it builds on SEO. AI tools lean on search results, so a site that isn't crawlable, trusted and well structured rarely gets recommended. AEO adds answer-first content, consistent details about your clinic everywhere it's listed, and more reviews and third-party mentions. We do both together.

How long does SEO take to work?+

Technical fixes and better treatment pages can help within weeks. Content and local SEO usually take three to six months to build. We'll tell you what to expect for your market at the start, and report on it monthly.

Do you guarantee first place on Google?+

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Nobody controls Google. We guarantee the work: what we'll do, when, and how we'll measure it.

Can you write about treatments without breaking the rules?+

Yes. Content is written to the CAP Code and GDC or GMC guidance, avoids promoting prescription-only medicines, and is signed off by your clinicians before it's published.

We already have an SEO agency. Can you help?+

Yes. The audit works well as a second opinion on their work, and you can hand the findings straight to them.

What does it cost?+

The SEO health check is part of the audit. Fixes and new pages are quoted at a fixed price before anything starts. Ongoing SEO runs as part of the growth retainer.
