Who we are

What we collect

When you book a call, fill in a form or subscribe, we collect what you give us: usually your name, email, phone number, clinic name and website, and anything you write in a message. When you use the site, and only if you agree to cookies, we collect information about how you use it, such as pages visited and where you came from.

Why we use it

To reply to you and arrange calls (legitimate interests or steps before a contract), to deliver services you buy (contract), to send emails you've subscribed to (consent, which you can withdraw any time), and to understand and improve our marketing (consent, through cookies).

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run the business, including HubSpot (CRM and forms), Google Workspace (email and calendar), Webflow (website hosting), Google Analytics, and LinkedIn, Meta and Google advertising tools. Some of these process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries we don't go on to work together on are kept for up to [24 months]. Client records are kept for [6 years] after our last work together, for legal and accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or ask us to stop marketing to you. Email us and we'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Client data

When we work on a clinic's systems, the clinic is the controller of its patients' data and we act as a processor under a written agreement. We don't collect patient health information through this website.
